Role Overview

- coordinate with teammates to break down large problems into shippable pieces
- participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
You’ll also be expected to hold a clear, credible line to the rest of the business on what engineering can realistically deliver.
Requirements & Qualifications
This is a leadership-level role, so we’re looking for a track record of scaling teams and delivering results, not just individual output:

- comfort working in a fast-moving codebase with multiple contributors
