Role Overview
With close support from senior engineers, you’ll be hands-on with the team’s day-to-day work right away. Day to day, a Software Engineer – New Grad at this level is typically responsible for:
- take part in code reviews, technical design discussions, and sprint planning
- work closely with cross-functional partners including product, design, and QA
- design develop, test, and maintain high-quality software features
- troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure a reliable user experience
Outside of the core work, clear communication with teammates and stakeholders matters, along with documenting your work and looking for ways to improve how the team ships software.
Requirements & Qualifications
This role is designed for candidates early in their career, so the emphasis is on fundamentals, curiosity, and growth potential:
