Role Overview
As a senior contributor, you’ll play a key role in the team’s day-to-day engineering work. Typical responsibilities for a Software Architect at the senior level include:
- define technical architecture and standards for complex, multi-team systems
- evaluate technology choices and trade-offs, balancing scalability, cost, and maintainability
- guide engineering teams through design reviews and major technical decisions
- partner with product and engineering leadership to align architecture with business goals
Beyond the day-to-day, you’ll be expected to communicate clearly with teammates and stakeholders, document your work so others can build on it, and continuously look for ways to improve how the team ships software.
Requirements & Qualifications
This is a senior role, so candidates should bring deep, demonstrated expertise:
- extensive experience designing large-scale, distributed software systems
- deep knowledge of architectural patterns, trade-offs, and technology evaluation
- excellent communication skills to align technical and business stakeholders
- a track record of guiding engineering teams through complex technical decisions

Location & Work Setup
This role is based in United States. This is an on-site position, with the team working together in person to collaborate closely on a daily basis.
